All orders will be sent as quickly as possible, but only after receipt of full payment. We ship your order within 4  to 21 working days. Free shipping over 120 €. Shipping rates as follows: Belgium € 5,00 – EU € 10,00 – non-EU € 20,00

 

Returns & Damage for Jewelry

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order of jewelry, please contact us within 15 days calendar days of receiving your order.

Returns are accepted within 15 days of receipt of your order. All returns must be approved in advance by  CDB Art Studio.

Prior to returning an item, please send a notification to info@catherinedebosscher.com . Unannounced returns will not be accepted.

You will be able to exchange for items of equal value, or pay the difference of upgrading to something of a higher value.

Items must be returned in original and unused condition with original packaging.

Please make sure that items are well packed and insured for the full amount. Returned items must be in re-sellable condition only and we reserve the right to refuse any items that do not meet this requirement.

If an item is damaged during shipping, contact us as soon as you receive it. All shipping, tracking and insurance charges for returns and exchanges are the buyer’s responsibility and cannot be refunded.
